Applying a LUT in Final Cut Pro X

QUICK VERSION

1. Unzip the downloaded file.

2. Open Final Cut Pro X on your computer.

3. Open the ‘Effects’ browser and click the ‘Color’ tab.

4. Drag and drop the ‘Custom LUT’ plugin to your footage.

5. Under the ‘Custom LUT’ tab, select the ‘LUT’ drop-down menu and click on 'Choose Custom LUT…'.

6. Choose a LUT from the downloaded and unzipped file and click ‘Open’.

7. Finally, adjust the intensity using the ‘Mix’ slider.
